Technically, we do not have minimums. However, favorable and retail appropriate pricing kicks in when meeting our low quantity options, which can range from 10 to 25 items per style. We would be happy to discuss details with you.
We work with different brands in different ways, but generally, yes, we are able to customize existing Bakline products for you, provided that the goal product still fits our standards and color pallet. In some cases, we could grant a slight variation on a design, such as our city-specific windbreakers, where we could create a product that includes your city’s name. In other instances, we can collaborate with you and apply your logo to our products. The bottom line is, while the products need to maintain their core Bakline identity and Bakline makes the final decision over how our products are presented, we like working with stores on customizations that ensure the success of our relationship.
This is a bit different when you want to make a product for your store using Bakline gear such as our windbreaker, rain jacket, or singlet. While Bakline is not a print house with whom you can make and customize absolutely anything, we selectively provide this service to stores that serve the athletic community.
Yes. We have worked with many companies and stores on designs unique to them. Note that higher minimums usually apply in these situations. To be clear, Bakline is not a generic print shop, and while we can design a specific Bakline product for you, we do not print on the clothing of other brands.
This will depend on a few factors, including the underlying the garment itself, the intricacy of the design, special modifications or customizations, and sourcing availability. Generally, you can expect a 2-4 week turnaround. We would confirm the expected timeline once we have a better sense of your product needs.

That depends on the situation. Returns and refunds are quick to process as long as you promptly drop the item off at a USPS location. Exchanges usually take a little more time, as we will need to coordinate with you on the new item. One thing is for sure—we’ll process your request as soon as we can.
Nope! Bakline has free shipping on all orders and will pay for your return label back to Bakline headquarters. You just need to initiate a return, by following the steps on our return policy page in order for this to happen.
Strictly speaking, we do not have a minimum for most of our athleisure products, but can certainly provide more favorable terms for larger quantities in an order. For fully customized performance items, we do have munimums and can share our CLUB line sheet with you which details what those minimums are and corresponding pricing.
Keep in mind that there would be a higher cost for super small batch items (generally considered a quantity less than 20). Ultimately, we have found that each club has unique needs, and we will do our best to be competitive for the quantity and customization you need.

It’s always frustrating when the shipping of a package doesn’t go as planned. In our experience, we’ve seen the occasional package delivered to a neighbor or somehow misplaced. Most of the time, the package turns up in a couple of days, so check with your neighbors or landlord first. Every so often, it does appear that packages are simply lost or, in very rare cases, stolen. Bakline hates to see this happen, but will work with you on a replacement. Just contact support@bakline.comwith your order number and a description of what you’ve done to locate your package, and we’ll be here to help!
When Bakline ships an order, we create a shipping label in our studio. Either that day or the next, the carrier will pick up the package and take it to their distribution center for processing. In this time period, you may see a message that the label was created, but that the package is pending processing by the carrier. No need to worry! Packages are usually processed promptly.

Bakline cannot currently support orders to all countries, but we would be happy to search for a solution if your country is not listed. To initiate a request, contact support@bakline.com with the following subject line—Country not listed in checkout: [NAME OF COUNTRY] and provide us with a brief description of your order.
